The resort and amenities are nice. The room in particular that we got was dirty, and a noisy location and are outside Laney up against a public park space that was very noisy and filled with barbecue smoke. We were unable to enjoy the outdoor space, which was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. We also never received housekeeping on one of the days that we need a new towels and toiletries replenished. The staff was very friendly and accommodating when we contacted them about issues. I think a nicer room and location would have resulted in a higher rating of this hotel. The two stars is definitely heavily waited on our room lack of cleanliness and noisy location in particular.

The grounds and pools were great! The hotel room was a disappointment. We were unable to keep the windows open to enjoy the view of the marina as people walking by could see right into the room and bathroom area. The room was cramped and lacked closet space. The shower water pressure was very low and the shower head was placed so high only my husband could reach it! We waited an hour at the restaurant for three simple hamburgers our first night and when we finally got our food we had to make three requests to get it right...unacceptable.

Parking is terrible all the car charge is not working and i get charged with $40 even they mentioned for free . Also the lady who check me in he deal with me like we are in covid period she’s instructed us not to touch our id or even the credit card and each time she need information she instructed us to flip the card if she didn’t trust us how we can accept to touch the room key which she give to us handy with her touch . It’s a ridiculous and too expensive i am not recommend it to anyone and it was a terrible stay

We had a good experience. Centrally located. Good food all around. We went to dinner both at a local spot and down town. The drive was not long for either. The pools are clean and rooms are maintained. We stayed in one of the more expensive rooms thinking it would be more luxurious but it was a standard room. There wasn’t anything “special about it other than a sliding glass door and only one shared wall. The view from the main pool is great looking out to the bay. Over all great weeknd don’t know if the room accommodations are worth almost $500/night.
