The room was good, but it didn't have a mini fridge. The area is notoriously dirty, lots of homeless, but they didn't pose a threat. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and stores nearby.

Next to a bad neighborhood, sidewalks blocked by homeless encampments, strong odor of urine in stair well. I would not stay here again.

Room was really nice. Communication with person was difficult because couldn't understand what he was saying through plexiglass. Deposit was almost as much as the room, and 4 days later I'm still waiting to get it back.
