The room did not have USB friendly outlets to accomodate the digital age of our devices. Our stay was disrupted by a fire alarm blaring at 7:45am and continued until 8:30a. Staff at the restaurant and bistro for an event we attended were not the kindest or most accommodating to our group. Many guests reserved rooms to stay overnight and the hosts of the event were wrongfully mistreated, denied requests and were unhelpful in ensuring that the room under contract would have appropriate turnover of plates and glassware

Everything and everyone was great! I had my family over from New Zealand and I wanted them to have a luxurious experience and Crowne Plaza Foster City did just that! From the clean rooms, great receptionists. breakfast buffet, club and smiles all day! You do not need to go anywhere else. If I can I would give them 10 stars.
