Room part was nice and updated but the bathroom had mold and was painted over so many times that the door barely closed. Dirty grout in the shower and the pool had mildew on the tiles that floated in the water. Sauna was by appointment only even when un-occupied.

Great location right at Union Square. Friendly staff greeted us every time we entered the building. Layout was a little odd with 2 different buildings with a pool in between. Early check in wasn’t available which was a little frustrating. The room was comfortable but we didn’t realize the fridge was in the bedside table until we were checking out 😆. The TV was neither Smart nor Bluetooth capable so we couldn’t cast or watch Netflix movies. Beds were comfortable and several nearby restaurants plus only 5 blocks from the convention center so it worked well for our group.

Staff was exceptional, the room was really nice, and the stay was just perfect. My only complaint is that you should stay in the Premier Building as the Standard/Historic Building not only felt cramped, but had this weird odor so I would not recommend it; we had a balcony in our premier room but never used it as it appeared to have not been swept in months though! ★★★★☆
