My husband and I always love staying here! It’s one of our favorite hotels in the world! We loveeeee how clean it is and the modern decor! We always pay a bit more for a nice view too! Also the bar at the top is soooo cool! Amazing views!🌌

Location was great. We loved the bar on the 39th floor. Beds were great.

Everything was nice about the hotel. And everyone else seems to enjoy their time there. Me and my guest however were treated rather rudely and different from the other guests at the hotel. We noticed.

Staff at check in and checking out were extremely friendly and helpful. The valet parking is insanely expensive ($92 a day). The rooms seem a little small. The water coming from our faucet smelled weird. The View Restaurant was nice. The coffee place had a lot of options and staff were very friendly.

checking in service was a little slow, but otherwise the experience was an A+! we will definitely be coming back soon! I think it would be beneficial to let others know there is an 8ft parking garage across the street if hotel can't accommodate their vehicle.

Great location in the city. Valet parking was full when we got there on a Saturday but there was another parking garage down the street. Room was big, bathroom was big. I just wish that the refrigerator was on in the room and had complimentary bottles of water. It was a warm weekend, would have been a nice touch. Would stay again.
