Good hotel in the Embarcadero area. Nice atrium with see-through glass walls on the elevators. Well lit rooms with spacious bathrooms (I was in a recently renovated unit). Somewhat limited eating options in the immediate area but if you walk a couple of blocks there are some options. It is also walkable to Pier 1 and sits right next to a BART station and cable car.

The stay was nice. The room was clean. The only thing i would recommend is that the bar area open early on Sundays during nfl season. When you get off your flight you want to wind down and have a cocktail available. Also maybe putting water and coffee in the lobby complementary. Also open the club regency on Sunda for viewing and pictures.

Been to SF more than 10 times - usually stay around union square for Moscone - but honestly this is now my fav hotel, amazing design, very unique architecture. Rooms well maintained, clean and appointed and super friendly and helpful staff, nothing was a problem and everything I asked for sorted quickly and hassle free. This isnt always the case in SF. Bonus this part of town is without all the hassles and troubles you find further up in Union square and surrounds - the walk to Moscone wasnt bad and the hotel made it worth it. Definitely will be back here if I can.

Kind and efficient check in process. Breakfast buffet had great options. Enjoyed the room and the view. Convenient to public transport as well.
