Great location for sports fans going to Oracle. There is no valet service or bag service however. Getting checked in/out can be problematic with the limited space on the street and then parking offsite.

I reserved a room at this Hyatt property due to its proximity to Oracle Park and the advertised valet parking. Upon arrival (around 5 pm), there were no available drop off spots in front of the hotel, so we ended up circling around (fun in any major city). Finally calling, my wife and I were told that valet parking was full, but I could park at a private parking facility just down the block. OK…. Then upon departure, the parking exit kiosk wasn’t working, resulting in me having to go and find the assistant on duty who spent 15 mins asking her boss if she could let me out of the lot. Not really anyone’s fault, but if you’re expecting to drop your luggage and/or valet park, wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The front desk was polite, but definitely not really helpful.

I was most surprised that I did not see transients in the area. However, while walking to the hotel from my event, the pungent small of Mariana was extreme strong on Friday when a crowd of people descended upon the area of the Giants Game

When arriving to check in, we parked in front of the hotel, and asked about parking. The guest service attendant informed us about on site parking or parking garage options. We decided on site and he was very helpful guiding us to the garage. After our concert we came back to hotel room and wanted some ice. We couldn’t find where the ice was and our room phone was not working. We went to front desk and agent told us what floor the ice was on but insisted she would fill our ice bucket for us since we were already there. At check out the agent was again friendly and helpful with retrieving our car from on site parking.

The hotel was very clean. The front desk staff was so helpful and friendly. Parking garages within walking distance though valet would’ve been helpful. Only draw back was no restaurant but they do offer breakfast for an additional cost. We will stay here again on our next trip into the city.
