This is a quiet residential neighborhood between Balboa Park and Portola, just south of 280. McLaren Park is a short 10 minute walk. The park has playgrounds, walking path and pickleball courts.

Having a car is best, but there is public transportation close by. The Glen Park Bart Station is 1 mile from the house. This will get you downtown and also into the East Bay quickly. There is a bus line 0.3 miles from the house. Uber/Lyft are also easy to use in the area. - No parties or events of any kind are allowed here - Out of respect for our neighbors, quiet hours are between 10pm - 7am - No shoes inside (flip flops, slippers, socks are fine) - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises (go to the front curb outside or at least 15 feet from any dwelling) - No candles or incense allowed - Turn off lights, TV, heater, & stove when not in use - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - No pets allowed - Conserve water, California is currently in a drought - Recycle & Compost if there are receptacles in the unit - Please consume or take all leftover food. Extra food beckons little critters and bugs! - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. - Please only deposit toilet paper in the toilets please, apt has small pipes (no baby/adult wipes, floss, tampons, etc...) - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. - A late check-out fee will be applied for check-outs as this will affect our cleaning team and following guests. - During your stay of 30 days or more. If utilities (water, trash, electricity & gas) go over a total of $150, you will be requested to pay the difference if it is excessive. You can avoid high charges by turning off lights, heaters, electronics and the stove when not in use. During the winter, San Franciscans wear layers of clothing to avoid high electric bills. - Please be aware of your energy usage, especially during peak hours which are between 4-9pm each day. Run the dishwasher, washer and dryer (if applicable) during non peak hours. We appreciate guests helping to conserve energy. - Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the apartment during your stay. If you need something delivered to you, there are mail centers in the area that can receive and hold packages for you.
