Valet parking was too costly and slow to bring car. Nightlight in bathroom was too dim. Hotel and car drop were hard to find, poor signage. to find

Clean area and beautiful hotel. I loved the gym and our room was great. Staff was kind. Only issue I had was with valet parking. it was very very annoying because they recommended to order your car 20mins in advance. I waited 1 hour and 20 mins for my car. I consistently checked with the valet parking managers and they lost the keys and couldn’t update me. I elevated the issue to managers, and they comped the $92 overnight parking. Other than this, I really enjoyed my stay, but maybe order your car 30mins to 40mins in advance rather than 20. Valet parking is also very hard to find, think the website needs more information on this. Just fyi, valet parking is super super tight fit since the entrance is also the exit.
