Parking and breakfast disaster

Well first we started out that they do not accommodate larger vehicles so parking was a nightmare. Then we paid for breakfast and then the lady tells us we did not pay for it, so we ate elsewhere. I should be refunded for the breakfast I paid for and did not get to eat. The place is clean, with great views from the corner room of the 17th floor.

I really enjoyed my stay. Whenever I come to San Francisco I stay here. The staff is very helpful and kind. The facility is beautiful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are very comfortable, and the shower works great. And they have a gym, a pool and a laundry room on site.

Easy check in and check out. Clean facility with great staff. Only downsides are very narrow parking in the garage and some of the outside noise will get into your room. Holiday Inn might want to look at installing thicker windows for the guestrooms.

Checking in was a bit weird as the reception desk has big computer so you cant really see who you are talking to so i had to move to the side to see the reception person as they were not moving to greet you.
