The Space:

• Situated on the 11th floor with an incredible of the city and beach from the private balcony 🏖️.



• Features a king-size bed and a pull-out sofa



• Fully equipped kitchen 👩‍🍳 for preparing meals during your stay.



• No pool



Guest Access:

• Luggage storage 🧳 in the lobby area.



• Direct access to the beach 🏝️, open daily from 7 AM to 7 PM (hours may vary).



• Includes one free parking space 🅿️ in the garage.



• Beach chairs and an umbrella rentals are available on the beach.



• Laundry 🧺 facilities are available daily from 6 AM to 11 PM. Machines are token-operated, with tokens purchasable from the lobby during weekday hours ($3.00 per token).



The Neighborhood:

The ESJ Towers is located on one of Puerto Rico's finest beaches. Walking distance from major hotels, Hotel San Juan, Intercontinental, Embassy Suites . Supermarket Pueblo is also walking distance (open 24 hours).



ENTREVINOS is also EXCELLENT across from CVS inside the small shopping mall, great ambiance from Thursday through Sunday, great wine selection (basic bar drinks also.) many reasonable good bottles starting at $29



METROPOL

Walking distance make a left out of the driveway, great Latin food, huge menu, and live music at the bar.



MEAT MARKET

Inside The Fairmont El San Juan, next door, excellent steaks and sides, make it a night and stay for live music in the lobby Fridays and Saturdays and people watch or try dancing to Salsa, my favorite bar!

This hotel also has a chic nightclub with GREAT music CLUB BRAVA, a great atmosphere and you can walk there, it's next door!



El ALAMBIQUE

Funky beach restaurant bar with good food on Tartak St.where CVS is, just walk towards the beach and make a left at the end.



IN CONDADO

LUISA serves gourmet Spanish Cuisine and the best paella ever! (REALLY!)

Carlo, he's a beach vendor who makes the most delicious Shrimp or Octopus marinated "salad" with a Coconut arepa. Don't be afraid of beach food, it is safe and delicious! He's on the beach every day around 1- 2pm



For a taste of our famous fritters, go to the beach, at Pinones, a five-minute ride, open kiosks selling all manner of fried food cooked over a wood log, delicious! Try an Alcapurria.

MY FAVORITE for Latin and FRESH seafood is CAYO CARIBE, there's one in Condado,



On the way to OLD SAN JUAN

Ladis for fresh fish is a short ride on the way to Old San Juan Great view and great for drinks and appetizers unless you are ordering a whole Lobster (STEAMED ONLY) or a whole Snapper (Fried only) you will be disappointed as they tend to overcook anything else, but the view WOW!



IN OLD SAN JUAN

BARRACHINA (where the Pina Colada was invented)

LA VERGUENZA a real scene, with music and PR Street food, a must-see.

LA FACTORIA Party all night long! seven rooms with music, GREAT cocktails, arrange for an Uber pick up in front or nearby as there are many bars in the area, big young adults area.



SANTURCE

LA PLACITA for bars nightlife and good restaurants, open late, how the local's party (safe)

In Condado- PASEO CARIBE lives music on FRIDAYS ONLY also lots of restaurants, outdoor and indoors, lots of fun!



GROCERY STORES/PHARMACY

Near us walking distance is PUEBLO Supermarkets, you can expect to find the same items you find in the USA. as well as liquor.It's a 10-minute walk, straight out of the building's driveway across the street to the end of the street, make a right and it's at the end of the street, taking an Uber is a good idea if you are buying a lot.

Across from The inter Continental Hotel, to the right of us,(closer than CVS),it's a small grocery and liquor store, all walking distance from the apt. They also serve a great breakfast.



CVS drugstore has a nice grocery area for essentials and a liquor store also.

Great to experience areas outside of San Juan, like the Rain Forest, ATV tours, horseback riding in the countryside, Bioluminescent Bay in Fajardo, and much more!

Getting Around:

Everything within Isla Verde is pretty much walking distance :) If you choose to go to Condado, Old San Juan or anywhere else outside of Isla Verde I recommend either Uber or renting a car. Sometimes the cost of parking and gas is higher than the uber itself- just some tips for your vacation here on the island!



Other Things to Note:

• Conveniently located: 5 minutes from SJU Airport, 10 minutes to the Convention District, 15 minutes to Plaza Las Américas, and 35 minutes to El Yunque Rainforest 🌿



• Power outages are a possibility. The building's generator powers only common areas (e.g., elevators) and not the unit.



• WiFi Enabled Smart T/V



• One towel set per guest is provided for the duration of your stay; no mid-stay replenishment.
