I loved my stay here. Got there early for check in but I was able to leave my bag, change clothes and walk around the area. Every staff was amazing and helpful. Our room was perfect and clean

The $50 daily “resort” fee was totally unexpected. NOT included in Expedia’s “total cost”. Well hidden. Basically includes use of lounges and umbrella at beach; bicycle use. AC seemed too cold even when we set to circulate. The “ocean view” room was a legitimate full view with sliding door. On 18th floor ocean sound actually could be heard (and still some traffic).

Place wasn’t well taken care of, staff was not accommodating, they didn’t have any carts for luggage, no iron or ironing board, no TV remote, the floors were stained with something black, and the pool had trash floating in it
