The room was spotless and the staff great! We only stayed for a few hours one night because our flight was canceled. The only thing missing in my opinion is a small fridge. I often travel with food and there was nowhere to keep my perishables cold.

Keep in mind that this is a hospital and they promote it like a regular hotel. The staff there told me the rooms are mainly for patients families. You have to use a parking outside of the facility (hospital/hotel) and pay separately for the parking. The two beds room is pretty large and comfortable but then I booked a second night and they switched me to a one bed room and that was very small and uncomfortable unit it feels like a hospital room. In general, if you on vacation do not get this hotel. The service is not like a hotel service, you need to bring everything including your towels.

Staff were so rude for anything you ask. Super cold and when asked how to control temperature they gave with difficulty extra blanket. No hot water in shower. Complete disaster. Stay away if you can.

Rooms were very clean and good, just the a/c was too cold and I could not get the thermostat to work as expected. I did not mind the hospital entrance, staff is very helpful and plenty of close by restaurants. No parking in building but there is a cheap parking in the adjacent garage connected by a small passageway.
