The place was noisy, and the linens were dirty. And first expedia charged me for the stay, then the hotel also charged me again for the same night. I've put in complaints but have gotten NO help or refund

Great location and so close to the cancer center. I did know there area so it was difficult to get to the hotel. Staff was friendly in person but no one answers the call when you dial in. Parking seemed inconvenient but we managed. Overall a good place to stay if you need to use any of the local hospitals.

Felt secure and safe. The ice machine was not working, which was an inconvenience. Also, I suggest putting a telephone in the room so someone doesn’t have to get out of their room go to the front desk to ask for stuff definitely more dining options and the parking in the back that’s a dollar should be a little bit more secure on the weekends very spooky Looked unsafe. I had to pay two dollars an hour so I was near the hotel and felt safer.

Awful.

The room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. The entire place was dirty. None of the vending machines worked. Only stay because I got there at 1:30am and there was no availability anywhere else due to the power outage.
