The perfect stay prior to our cruise. The place was very nicely decorated, clean and well planned. It was close to many restaurants and bars as well as a grocery store and pharmacy. The host was very responsive and provides a lot of local information.

I like that it had lots of security including 24 hour gate security. We were close to everything we needed. Parking was simple. A little difficult figuring out how to get in but once I was in it was easy. The stay was great for the price and very peaceful.

Alice our host was AMAZING! She deserves 10 stars!I! I’ve never stayed at a property before that has superior communication…Alice goes above and beyond to be the best host she can be!Even if I had a minor question or wanting info about this or that. she always answered me right away and was warm and friendly! The room was very clean! Bed was comfortable!Things that are out of Alice’s control, but I need to mention…No beach/ocean view. Not a big deal. Condo Complex building needs renovations.Very difficult to walk to the beach from condo complex. Not a direct route. We had to walk all the way around to get there. It was confusing. Definitely not a deal breaker! We figured it out. Alice’s place was very affordable and comfortable! Bathroom was very nice and clean!If we were to come back to PR we would stay in Alice’s condo again. I highly recommend staying here!Thanks Alice for your hospitality and letting us stay in your condo.

Great condo for a quick stay in San Juan, PR. Just a 10 min walk from beach access and right next to Foxwoods casino and local food spots. We had a great time and will stay again when we come back to PR!

The room was cozy but had everything needed for the best vacation. It’s on the strip, so all the hot spots were close. Loved having a place to park. Also, the host was so great. I would book this condo again!

We had a wonderful stay in the San Juan area! The place was very clean and in a fantastic location—just steps from the beach and close to so many great restaurants. Everything was exactly as described and made our trip easy and relaxing. Alice was an amazing host and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Good host. Building water & electricity went out, but nothing the host can do about that. They checked in during the stay via messages to make sure all was good and returned and communication in a timely manner. The building itself isn’t the greatest & the water for the shower takes time to get adjusted to. In addition, the floors weren’t the cleanest in the room and felt dirty when we got there. All in all, good host.
