The room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. The shock was finding out there was no elevator. Fortunately the staff were very pleasant and carried our suitcases up to the 3rd floor. The other problem was that whole area closes down on Saturday at 3:00, check in time. The only place we could find to eat was Burger King. There were a couple of very noisy bars that didn’t serve food. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t very good and there was a lot of noise from the street outside our room, making it difficult to sleep.

Quaint place. Quiet college students on campus break. Nice area of San Juan. ONLY issue 3 flights of steps to take our luggage up and down, no elevator. Staff very helpful.

The staff was great the room needs some touching up the tiles on the floor was old and grungy. There is no elevator and help with suitcases is not always available. No hot water at times. It was very noisy and no Continental breakfast.

It is a nice hotel, right next to the Metro Station. It is very easy to get to Old San Juan from it. They were a little too hard on me, charging me an entire night for me to be able to get the room at 7:30 am since it was available anyway. That made me leave after the first night cuz I couldn't believe they would not understand my bad situation with my several canceled flights.

The hotel had no hot water in the shower so that made my experience not good. The hotel does not have an elevator so I definitely don’t recommend if you have large heavy luggage.

Hotel Nest is super cute w/ spacious, clean rooms, and extra friendly staff. I enjoyed morning coffee in common balcony areas. BUT…the location is strange; not much to do (restaurants, shopping, bars), lots of vacant buildings, and not as lively as I’m used too in PR. Even still we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel!
