Terrible management and customer service

They agreed to allow us to change the dates then when we reached out again with the new dates came back and said they could not refund or change the dates after previously agreeing to it. We lost out on that very pricey reservation. I’ll never do business with this chain again, and will ensure to share my experience with all my friends, family, & 80,000+ followers.

We had a great time 9/10. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, beaches. Ubers are not expensive since everything is pretty close by. Staff was great, rooms clean & infrastructure up to standard. I’m definitely booking to stay here again.

Overall a great stay! The included breakfast was really good, and the pool exceeded our expectations. We especially loved the convenience of the free shuttle service. The only downside was that they were hosting a prom during our stay, which made parking nearly impossible and kept the lobby crowded with teenagers.
