We had a wonderful stay. The place was absolutely perfect—safe, in a great location, and within easy walking distance to the beach and many excellent restaurants. It was also very convenient to explore other areas of interest such as Old San Juan, Santurce, and Condado, all just a short drive away.The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with all the basic necessities we needed for our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home.Anthony was a superb host. Communication was excellent from beginning to end, and responses were always quick and helpful. When we experienced an emergency in the middle of the night, Anthony responded immediately, arrived quickly, and handled everything with such grace and professionalism. The level of care and accommodation shown meant so much to us, and we are truly grateful.We highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay here again.

This place was simple but exactly what I needed. AC worked great, bed was comfortable, and most importantly it was clean. Location near the airport was great and it was nice to have somewhere that allows 1 night stays. Some cons were that the shower was pretty small, and the bathroom is in the entrance before the bedroom. Overall great choice if you’re looking for a clean budget place to quickly stay a night.

Had an amazing time here. Property was good looking, safe, and convenient to lots of local attractions. The room was clean and very inviting to hang out in, air conditioning kept it nice and cool and the tv and kitchenette was great for down time. Lots of neat stuff in walking distance. Would recommend to others and would most certainly come again. Thanks for having us!

Place is great for a simple stay. Very close to the airport, beach, and store. Transportation to other parts of the island was very easy. Host was very responsive and attentive to what I needed before arriving. Great property for the price!

Walking distance to the beach so you dont have to pay parking. Close proximity to restaurants and bars as well. The place is super clean and cozy. I felt safe there too. I would stay again. The owner has a generator too in case the power goes out.
