We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely start here again. The check in process was extremely easy and there was open communication with the property owners throughout our system. It’s a good property to get around. It’s near the beach, near the bus stop, near a supermarket. The staff answers quickly but they do not offer housekeeping on short stay (7 days). The AC worked well and didn’t have problems with the hot water.

Had an amazing time. The room was perfect for two and the staff was great! The parking was a little tricky but we got lucky most of the time. Would definitely recommend and book again :)

I stayed in the studio with my friend in a girls trip and we had a wonderful time. The property itself was in great walking distance of plenty of dining options and shopping. Next time I come to Puerto Rico I will be staying here! The only downside was parking was difficult, but we were always able to find a spot near the air bnb.

The 1bd apartment was spacious, clean, very quiet, and comfortable. Located within walking distance to just about everything you may need or want to explore. Street parking was not an issue and found right in front or few cars away from entryway. Highly recommend booking accommodations under host's management. The entire process of no contact check in was easy and communication/response time was quick and thorough. Stay with Bear has an excellent host/team and I hope to have the opportunity of staying at their other locations.
