The room itself was clean and very cute. The property was half a block away from the ocean and several restaurants within a few blocks in either direction. We were able to walk to Condado area- it was a walk but we enjoyed and was a populated, safe area to walk. The pool was in bad shape, I understand why no picture was added to the listing but my mistake in booking last minute that I didn’t notice a picture wasn’t included. Unfortunately, we had an issue with our key in one of the elevators so spent several hours over the course of our stay waiting for the elevator that worked with the key to be called to our floor. The property owner said it was a new key and she would let management know so hopefully no one else has this issue. If you are planning to do laundry, bring quarters and know that laundry is not in the unit but on the main floor.

Cutest…

I stayed with my two teenaged granddaughters. We loved the cute decor and the attention to detail. The place had everything we needed. The location is central to everything in San Juan. We enjoyed our stay very much. Our rental car was broken into and vandalized. No one’s fault, big city issues. Would definitely stay here again. Ubers are inexpensive and very convenient. Thanks Alice!

Ok stay, but noisy area

Property manager was responsive and the studio was clean. But there were problems with hot water reliability, and it was noisy with cars blasting music and revving engines. This unit faces a big road, so we got a full blast of the noise. Good for a budget stay, but bring earplugs.

Staying close to family

We decided to book this apt for our latest trip in order to be close to family. This studio apartment did not disappoint. For us, it was perfectly located walking distance from my sister and mother, but other visitors will also appreciate being steps away from the beach. There are also many awesome places to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. La calle Loiza is one block away where you can walk to restaurants, cafes and local shops. The building is safe, clean and parking although not guaranteed, was ALWAYS available. The pool was not the most beautiful pool but it was always warm and my six year old did not want to leave once he was in it. The studio itself was superb clean and cozy and beautifully decorated. Alice was always a phone call pr text away and responsive to our needs. We highly recommend this place.

Secure Building, Steps to Beach, Chic Decor

This rental was exceptionally clean with many amenities and parking. Restaurants, bars, and nightlife are steps away. Centrally located from all tourist locations.
