I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the accommodation itself was decent, the service left much to be desired. My sister experienced significant back pain due to the bed sinking in the middle. She expressed her concerns multiple times to the staff, but unfortunately, nothing was done to address the issue. Despite our polite requests for assistance, the lack of action regarding the bed discomfort was disappointing. Overall, the hotel had potential, but the service could definitely be improved.

3rd stay

This is my 3rd time staying at Verdanza and I don’t have any complaints. I arrived about 2 hours before check-in and I was given my room at arrival which allowed me to enjoy the beach immediately. There’s still construction going on but it didn’t affect me much since I’m a morning person and spent most of the daytime outside of the hotel. The pool was open and water was nice. I didn’t get a chance to go to Vivo Beach Club but my friend did and enjoyed it. Staff was friendly and conveniently located near beach, airport, restaurants and shops.

This was a great and beautiful experience! At first a little disappointed that the pool was under construction. BUT we had access to Vivo Beach Club via the hotel’s shuttle service. The Beach Club was amazing! Great food, drinks, people, music and vibe! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Hotel was just meh…. Bed was ok. Anybody opening and closing doors in the hallway was so loud and kept us up all night. We paid for rooms with balconies and couldn’t even go on our one balcony because construction - we shouldn’t have to pay the same amount. Handle on the shower broke off, massive stains on the carpets, and didn’t have cold water in the sink.
