This is a great value in SLO with comfy beds. Nothing fancy, but if you just need a great bed in a quiet motel, a walkable into town, this is a great choice. Save you cash for going out!

First time visit

My first time visiting San Luis Obispo, and everything was great! I was hoping to save money where I could, and selecting Avenue Inn helped with that. Everything I needed, and an excellent location! Enough amenities just outside my door, and perfectly walkable to the downtown. Just blocks away! I will DEFINITELY return to Avenue Inn.
