- Capacity Note: The sleeper sofa is ideal for up to two children or one adult guest.

The spacious living room is designed for downtime, featuring relaxed seating, a flat-screen Smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi for streaming or catching up on work.
KITCHENETTE & DINING
A convenient space to prepare coffee and light bites before heading out to downtown dining.
- Amenities: Under-counter refrigerator, sink with counter space, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee maker.

You have a dedicated off-street parking spot for a stress-free arrival.
- Location: Please park at the bottom and right side of the driveway, directly in front of the parking sign located next to the stairs that access the suite.
- Please DO NOT pull your vehicle all the way up the driveway.

We are located in a quiet, residential setting in Monterey Heights. It is the ideal balance of peace and proximity—walkable to Cal Poly and just a short drive to the heart of downtown SLO.
Check-in / Check-out: Check-in 3:00 PM. Check-out 11:00 AM. Early/late requests welcome — just ask.
Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. No parties, events, or gatherings.
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Monterey Heights is a residential neighborhood — please be mindful of neighbors at all times.
No Smoking: No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including patios, decks, and near doors or windows. Violations will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
No Pets: This unit is pet-free. ESAs with documentation welcome — please notify us in advance.
Parking: Park only in the designated spot outlined in your arrival instructions. Street parking may be restricted.
Care of the Home: Please treat the space as you would your own. Report any damage, spills, or maintenance issues promptly so we can address them quickly — accidents happen, and early notice usually means no charge.
Before You Leave: Place trash in outdoor bins, load and start the dishwasher, and leave used linens in the laundry area.
Safety: Do not disable smoke detectors, tamper with safety equipment, or adjust HVAC/utility systems outside normal use.
Violations of these rules may result in additional charges, early termination without refund, and forfeiture of the security deposit.
