We are located in a quiet, residential setting in Monterey Heights. It is the ideal balance of peace and proximity—walkable to Cal Poly and just a short drive to the heart of downtown SLO.
House Rules:
Check-in / Check-out: Check-in after 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM unless otherwise approved.
Occupancy: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No parties or events.
Noise: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the unit or near doors/windows.
Pets: Pets are only allowed in pet-friendly units and must be approved in advance.
Bikes: Complimentary bikes are available for guest use where provided. Ride at your own risk, secure bikes when not in use, and return them in the same condition.
Parking: Park only in designated areas as outlined in your arrival instructions.
Care of Property: Please treat the home with care and report any damage or issues promptly.
Trash & Dishes: Please dispose of trash and wash dishes before departure.
Safety: Do not tamper with smoke detectors, safety equipment, or utility systems.
Failure to follow house rules may result in additional charges or removal without refund.
