Perfect in everyway. Location right on the edge of the old town,facilities of free mini bar and readily available tea,coffee and hot chocolate from a drinks station was a nice touch. Rooms are spotless and cleaned everyday. No keys just a code to gain access was a breathe of fresh air. Finally, when rained they provided umbrellas to venture out with. Would I book this place again? Absolutely YES.

I didn’t know what to expect and I loved the place. The staff was great and the location is perfect. Walkable to the entire city. We had one of the large patio room and used it everyday to play cards and have some wine before going back out in town. There are a few close parking garages that are extremely convenient.

Great central position. The room we were in was dark with 2 small windows facing into the centre of the building. I’m not sure where there was a garden terrace (as shown in the promo pics) we weren’t told about it. As a base it is an ideal location.

Our stay in San Sebastián was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were very helpful, always ready with a smile and willing to assist with anything we needed, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The location is nothing short of incredible—right outside the vibrant part of town filled with cafés, bars, and all the energy you want when visiting this beautiful city. It felt like being in the heart of everything, yet the building itself was safe, welcoming, and well maintained. The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with everything arranged thoughtfully. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, and it made a big difference in how relaxing the stay felt. A very big thank you as well to the staff who immediately emailed me after checkout about items I had accidentally left behind. I was already on the train and couldn’t come back, but I truly appreciate the honesty and the effort. Overall, this was an excellent experience, combining an unbeatable location, a well-kept property, and genuinely kind staff. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Sebastián—you’ll be right where everyone wants to be.

Not long enough in San Sebastián!

Fantastic location, very clean with comfortable beds. The staff were smiling and helpful. Couldn’t fault it. Only thing wrong was we were only there for two days!
