Room was spotless and just around the corner from breakfast in the morning, which was convenient with small children. We didn’t get to try out the pool but it was open til 10pm and heated! Parking was great. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Look forward to staying here again!

Warm welcome with fresh cookies. Easy quick checkin. Comfy clean, huge rooms. Heated pool & hot tub. No AC but didn’t need it. You can hear ocean waves at night. Amazing breakfast & service. We felt treated like family. Definitely coming back again! Thx so much.

First off the front desk was exceptional, The rooms were so clean ,huge bathroom, very comfortable the room that I had had a balcony that looked over the garden, They have a out door heated pool It was so nice and hot tub and fire pit .Breakfast was 5 stars so good ,Complimentary coffee and tea The best was their hot out of the oven chocolate chip cookies So Good. They do have a restaurant but it is closed on Mondays will try it the next time, Literally the best hotel I have stayed at in San Simeon.Highly Recommend them

Woke up feeling so refreshed after a wonderful night's sleep. The room was super clean and incredibly cozy, making it the perfect place to unwind. And wow, that breakfast was absolutely delicious! It really set us up perfectly for a busy day ahead. We always have such a fantastic experience here. It's honestly one of our favorite places to stay. We always leave feeling completely rejuvenated and happy. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

The hotel is excellent quality and no more expensive than others in the area. The breakfast has delicious biscuits, bacon, bagels, raisin bread, English Muffins, orange juice, apple juice, low cal yogurt, eggs, gravy, waffles, and coffee and tea. Management is very friendly and efficient. There are chocolate chip cookies made fresh every day. The rooms are clean and roomy. A really nice place to stay. Oh yes....also a hot tub and pool.

Room was nice, staff was very helpful. I asked for extra chairs in our room so we could play cards with other guests, and i was offered a free upgrade to a larger room with a large table and 4 chairs. It was appreciated.

Dated but cozy room, good facilities and the staff are really friendly. Hot tub and pool really clean. Breakfast was amazing, impressive considering it is free! Can see why this place has such good reviews.

Ed the manager was incredibly gracious, the room was really nice and clean. The free breakfast was more than expected. And there was always warm cookies. All in all it was a great experience except for I had a horrible night. I kept waking up cuz I couldn't breathe. I use a CPAP. The outlet in the wall was broken because the bed kept getting pushed up against the cord sticking straight out of the wall. That broke the grounding lug off of the plug and loosened up the connections on the plug so they were actually sparking. That was pretty dangerous, on top of me not being able to sleep. I talked to Ed in the morning and he said he was going to get someone to fix it. Anyhow I have to give him credit for understanding the problem. With a seriously it shouldn't have got that bad in the first place
