Overall the stay was not worth the money and I would not recommend staying here. The place had an ant problem, walls were covered in marks, sheets not cleaned, and when we asked the host for washcloths they were never provided.

Our experience was that we never got check in information.We arrived on time and reached out through the messaging through the app and didn’t receive any replies till well after the check in time .We received a cancellation of our reservation notification through the app before we heard anything from the owner I received a notification, That the owner was in china and did not see the message .We did get a immediate refund from VRBO ,Yet we still needed to find a hotel for 7 people during spring break !Thankfully we did !Future vacation planners use this information as you will !

This Vrbo was not a great experience! I don’t believe it has been cleaned for some time. We found soiled sheets and towels. This was not a great experience at all. Would not recommend this place. We ended up buying sheets and washcloths.

We loved this house! Family of 6, including grandparents, kids, and a 1-year-old. Host was great in communicating with us and was able to accommodate a special request we had. House was clean and the middle floor kitchen/living area is large enough for a much larger family.

This home was wonderful!!! We were a group/family of kids, parents and grandparents. Everyone was very comfortable. The home is spacious and well laid out. The beds were so comfortable. It was very clean. The bathrooms were clean and very nice. Parking was easy. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

The house is new and looks like the pictures. It was big enough for all of us. We were able to fit two vans in the garage so that was great since street parking would have been tough. The kitchen has your basic needs; however, no small spoons or small plates. The house was not as clean as one would expect. When we lifted the sofa bed out, it was extremely dirty underneath with confetti and dirt all over from a previous tenant. There were no trash bag liners in the bathrooms (minor detail but makes it less than ideal to empty).The bedroom with the king size bed has two roller twin beds so be prepared to pull those out and find a place to lay them out. It's very tight and less than ideal. Furthermore, upon arrival it was 82 degrees in the house. The owner said the maids are instructed to turn off the A/C when they leave. So the first night was miserable trying to go to bed because it was so hot. Lastly, location to places is great, however, location is in a somewhat sketchy area. Run down buidlings nearby, loud strange night noises. We felt safe, but I feel like other reviews of saying location was nice is very misleading.

Beautiful Home

My family of 7 stayed at this home for 3 days for a Disneyland trip. Uber ride to Disneyland was a little over 10 minutes from the property. We felt very safe in the home and surrounding areas. There was available street parking and also a two car garage. There was a great Shabu Shabu restaurant (Kaizen Shabu) that was about a 3 minute drive from the house. Property was exactly as advertised and very clean. More than enough beds for everyone. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Host was kind enough and helped us out by letting us check out a little later. This was extremely helpful to us and we were very appreciative. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone going to Disneyland with a bigger group. Host was extremely fast to respond to text requests and so easy to work with.

Great distance to Disney and beach. Clean modern great amenities! My kisd loved that there was a tv in almost evey room and there was card games and puzzles for them to play with. The neighborhood is quiet and lots of food options near by. Great stay overall!
