Had a great stay

Stay was good! I would say great but since we were next to the parking it was loud throughout the night due to people leaving and hanging out at the parking. The parking situation was also super confusing. I paid on line and it left me two warnings. Need better system. Overall it was a nice stay. Clean, friendly staff and the pool was heated which is a great plus since it’s so cold there. The front staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean a little old but it’s a good stay.

Nice hotel! The room was great in all ways, but unfortunately our room had a very strong odor. Not smoke, but just an unpleasant smell. We opened the slider but it didn’t help. I did like everything else about it, so I will TRY it again next time I’m in the area, in hopes it was just that one room that smelled bad. Bed was comfy, decent view on balcony, big tv.

We like that it’s secluded and close to Capitola. Parking is through an app which is confusing, $25 dollars a day to park. One of our rooms had cobwebs in the corner of the ceiling. The bathroom smelled bad. There is a buffet breakfast for $24 a person - the food was below average. I would not recommend eating there. We have stayed there in the past and had nicer accomodations at this hotel. It’s in need of some touch ups.

Great check in service, friendly and accommodating staff. Bed felt a little too broken in, so we didn’t sleep the best. Everything else was wonderful, though!

They charge for parking it’s ridiculous and they leave bottles of water to be consumed and charged for it trying to make a sell. I ll never stay in a Hilton hotel again

Charging for parking was ridiculous it not like you can walk anywhere so that the only thing I didn’t like of this hotel , and parking prices there where high !
