Good times!!

The staff is very helpful and they will beat other people's prices and the rooms are very nice big spacious I'm pretty quiet and they have a spa indoor and a pool indoor too so that's rad can't find that here in Santa Cruz!!

We have been to Santa Cruz many time in the past 25 years and have stayed all over when we go. This property had 3 queen beds in a room! Super convenient and so nice for all 3 of us to have our own bed. I cannot say enough awesome things about the staff. The cleaning staff and front desk were all very nice and helpful. The cleaning lady found my son’s watch and they called us to let us know as we were leaving. How cool and honest is that :) Check in was easy and the room was clean. Heater/AC worked well. There are a lot of plug ins in the room for all things electric that you need to plug in. The property location is so close and easy to get to everything including a short distance to the Boardwalk. There were only a few things that could be better. The area isn’t the greatest neighborhood. The hotel walls are pretty thin so if someone has children or just loud in general it’s a little frustrating when trying to sleep. The hot tub and pool were swell, but it was always packed and the hot tub wasn’t as warm as I would like. We appreciate the hotel staff so much! Thank you!

Homeless encampment outside. Property in poor condition. No hot water. People tried to sell me meth in the parking lot, more than once. A crazy woman kept knocking on my door. Couldn't sleep became of all the noise. I jad to get clean bedding as soon as i arrived. Had to check out early for refund.
