Condition of facility not what we expected for the $ charged. Looked like someone bought a fixer upper and started on lower level. As you went up each floor, condition deteriorated. Beds were hard as a rock. No safe in room even though listing said there was a safe. Wifi didn't work in rooms. Had to go to common area on main floor. No ice. For what it offered it should be priced at $60 - $70 / night instead of $90

Good hotel in a great area beside the Marina and Santa Cruz beaches. I would stay again for the right price.
