Bad bad on every single aspect of the way. Too much to number. Unfortunately, when I booked for the second time it was before knowing the hotel conditions, lack of professionalism and disrespect. Like not knowing when the only elevator would be repaired. The lack of knowledge from the PM crew. The lack of communication between staff AM and PM staff. The AM crew was much better than the PM crew. Specially, when I asked for body soap which the bathroom doesn’t provide. The administrator, I think his name is Claudio, told me it was the way it was because of the “owners”. He also questioned me about the administration in hotels in one of my countries, I have double nationality, I answered him that maybe in some are even worse. His treatment was very disrespectful. Frank was the one who helped me and by his own initiative he brought me soap. The last night of my stay I was awaken at 1 am because Valentina forgot the time I requested a taxi to the airport .

Great location for the spots we wanted to visit. Also, close to hop on hop off tourist bus stops. Hotel staff were all helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also very good.

ABSOLUTE SCAM! DO NOT STAY HERE! My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. The room had mold in the shower and smelled like a dirty dish rag. The fridge was full of the last guest’s half eaten food and drinks. We didn’t think much of it, since we wouldn’t be using fridge. But when we checked out the staff claimed we’d eaten a bunch of mini bar items. We didn’t even know there was a minibar! Staff were extremely rude, demanding cash, and grabbing at my wallet from my hands. I had no way to prove it wasn’t us and he refused to allow us to leave without paying for the items we didn’t eat/drink. I had no choice but to pay so we could get to the airport on time. Then the staff member took my cash and pocketed it!!! Total scam!! Horrible experience, with thieving and lying staff!!!!

An immaculate hotel and the best price!

I wasn't sure which hotel to book, so I did some thorough research. At first, I was hesitant because the price was so low, but I can confidently say that this hotel is absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect and feels very safe. The hotel was clean and immaculate, and the bedding was very comfortable. My room had a large TV and a fridge, and the air conditioning unit had a remote control, allowing me to set the temperature to my liking. The staff was incredibly helpful with touring inquiries every day. Security was also reassuring; you either had to be buzzed in or use your key card to access the building. Despite being the least expensive hotel option, I genuinely believe that even if they charged triple, it would still be worth it!zed in or use your key card to access the building. The room was spacious and the amenities were basic but to be expected. I noticed my window in the washroom did not have adequate sealant around the seal and you could see a sliver of outside.
