They left me stranded because they did not provide the check-in instructions. So i ended up outside the building for 1hr. Expedia advised me to contact the property. I contacted but they were not responsind so i just had to force the door open. The property responded to me 2 days later! If i hadn't forced the door open i would have been waiting outside for their for 2 days!

O apartamento é novo, bem localizado e agradável. No entanto, tive uma situação bastante desconfortável durante a estadia: ao sair rapidamente para levar o lixo, a porta com acesso eletrônico fechou e fiquei trancada do lado de fora, sem celular,sem pertences e sem lembrar a senha. A portaria eletrônica do prédio também tentou contato com a administração responsável pelo apartamento, mas sem sucesso. Vizinhos me ajudaram emprestando telefone para tentar contato, porém não obtivemos retorno naquele momento. Acabei permanecendo quase 4 horas fora do apartamento, e a empresa só entrou em contato por volta da meia-noite. Além disso, o enxoval não correspondia às fotos: havia apenas uma manta azul muito fina e as toalhas estavam encardidas. Por sorte eu havia levado minha própria toalha, o que acabou ajudando na situação, mas ainda assim precisei comprar uma manta mais adequada durante a estadia. Também vale mencionar que o apartamento não conta com arrumação diária e não são disponibilizados itens básicos de limpeza, como vassoura, o que dificulta manter o local organizado ao longo dos dias. O espaço em si é agradável, mas esses pontos merecem atenção para que a experiência do hóspede seja mais confortável e alinhada ao que é apresentado.

Apartamento novo , limpo e agradável. Faltou itens como vassoura para ajudar a manter o ambiente mais organizado.
