I had been all over Japan by the time I was in Sapporo and I just think the rooms were NOT exactly what I was looking for. I mean I booked economy rooms, but the walls were stained and scratched to hell, the carpet was stained (only hotel I felt the need to use the slippers at all times), and every thing was vaguely discolored. I will most likely not be returning though the location to the train station was amazing.

The location is good. The compact size rooms are really small and have difficulty to put 2 luggages. Rooms are clean. Some of the hotel staffs are nice and kind but some of them are not so friendly.

This is the 2nd time we stayed with Hotel Gracery. They have never disappointed us. Although the hotel condition was a little dated, we had a very comfortable stay. Service and amenities were great and thoughtful ! Breakfast buffet was awesome, delicious local food choices !! Love it !!
