This hotel is close to the Sapporo train station. Not much else that is special about the hotel. The hotel is clean and staff friendly.

The hotel is in a very accessible area with very helpful staff. The breakfast quality was good even though the variety was not quite as widespread as some other hotels— though it was definitely sufficient. Mainly western style breakfast. The bathroom size was decent for a city hotel in Japan. I didn’t feel like I was touching the toilet or sink at every turn as I sometimes feel in the tiny Tokyo hotel bathrooms. Overall, very satisfied with the hotel given the price.

Wonderful staff. Kind and helpful and offer umbrellas without asking. Quiet hotel. Easy walk to the main station for arrivals and departures. Would definitely stay again. Rooms are smallish but still quite comfortable for three.

In general, the property is fine and delivered what the brand promise. The only area for improvement is the onsite onsen. Feels very basic for a JP hotel.
