電話で解決したが色々と改善の余地有り 建物の名前が違った 玄関ロック方法の説明が不十分 エアコンが冬場は使用できない事の説明が無くリモコンを探しまくった。 など事前のメッセージで説明が無く右往左往した。 部屋は綺麗だったけど、前客の髪の毛やゴミが完全に掃除されてはいなかった。
