great location,you can walk, to the terminal, better and faster than waiting for their shuttle bus. nice hotel,clean and quiet. The only problem was the bed was junk!!!!!!. lumpy,soft and old.

The hotel was close to the airport. It is old and clean. If you come in after there are no snack to munch on for diabetics or otherwise. No vending machines. Staff nice but not communicable and few smiles. A bit of cold and narcissistic atmosphere. I never heard welcome or is there anything else that I can help you. Water bottle is $1.00 each. Overpriced swanky bar and grill across parking lot. A lot of homeless people and con artists in area. Good for one night and then, get the hell out. Doesn’t look like the photos. Looks like the 1070’s.

It is a super quiet SEATAC airport hotel. Not modern but not too dated. A nice American style restaurant is right in front of the hotel and it seems to be quite popular. The hotel is very clean and the room interior is in great shape. Free airport shuttle every 20 minutes. It is too far to walk from Coast to SEATAC with luggage. If anyone wants to be able to walk back to the airport, stay at Radisson (but it is more expensive there). I would stay here again when I have a layover.

All good until power outage

Power loss at 6:35AM. At least we weren’t stuck ing the elevator and we made our flight. Surprised there’s no back up generator for at least the elevator. According to one couple that was stuck it took 25 minutes and nothing worked including the phone.

The staff were very helpful. Across thr oarkinglot was Scratches Kitchen, which was great food and atmosphere. The hotel had free transport to and from the airport and the local mall, making the stay great.
