Poor location

Asked for a handicap room, and got a regular room. When I asked, they said that room was more then I paid, like I wouldn't pay the difference. Beds were very uncomfortable. Toilet was not at comfort height. Could not bath my daughter.

The property is frozen in the 70s. Few updates. No eating facilities in place, few choices nearby. The location relative to airport is very good. The staff are very nice. A shuttle is available on demand. So for the price it was adequate.

Red Roof Inn SeaTac – 3/5 Stars My stay at the Red Roof Inn SeaTac was okay overall. The highlight was definitely the front desk staff—especially the blonde lady who checked us in. She was absolutely amazing: friendly, helpful, and clearly great at her job. A real asset to the hotel. As for the facility itself, it could use a little TLC. The hallways had a strong scent, like they were trying to cover up something unpleasant, which was a bit off-putting. That said, the room was clean, the A/C worked well, and we had everything we needed for a decent night’s rest. If you’re looking for an affordable stay near the airport and can look past some of the cosmetic issues, it’s not a bad option. But a good deep clean and a little freshening up of the common areas would go a long way.

Close proximity to the airport. Shuttle came quickly. Run down , poor maintenance. Bathroom floor area is dirty. Need shower shoes. No dining options close by and no continental breakfast. Front desk staff were as tired as the motel.
