Run down property, poor service

Disappointing stay from beginning to end. The shuttle driver was the only one with any modicum of customer service skill. Place us run down. Theres no amenities (i did not expect any) but they charge $100 a day deposit as if there was anything to charge. Just a scam to hold your money to make interest. The people behind the desk were mostly detached. They definitely let you know you were in a budget establishment the entire time you are there. Floor was sticky. Bathroom had some hair. Won't be back.

The hall had a very weird smell & the rooms today should have a mini fridge & microwave. Wasn’t happy that I had to put a $100 deposit or that I was charged for checking in early.

The entire property was dirty. Common spaces looked as if they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures. The floors in the room were sticky and felt unclean. There was hair on the bed

No TV and limited AC

Very frustrating as our AC barely worked and our TV in our room didn’t work. We were promised a new TV and after a 4 hour wait, no tv came. Then we went down to the desk to check on the status of the tv to be told there is nothing they can do. Other than our room being warm and no tv, the room was clean and comfortable for a 1 night stay

The front desk employee made all of us wait until 3pm to check in and then had a hard time getting people checked in. The phone was ringing off the hook so she had to take her attention away from checking us in to answering questions on the ohone. Wasn't a pleasant time.
