The property is on the same level as Motel 6. I don't think the property or parking is safe. The place is just dirty. The staff here are patient. I can't say they are overly enthusiastic. I get the idea that they have dealt with plenty of irate customers and they are very patient. I have to give them credit for that. But, the property conditions are subpar.

The staff were wonderful. Front desk was very nice and welcoming when arriving later in the night. I needed to catch the shuttle to the airport early in the morning and was late arriving to the lobby. I guess the shuttle just barely left and front desk called and they were close enough to swing back and pick me up, that was amazing for them to do that. The room itself was pretty much a place to shower and sleep. Carpet is run down and dingey, the room was cold and heater unit was broken so we just made sure to bundle up under the bedcovers. Linens seemed to be clean but after unfilding a washcloth, it was dirty as if someone wiped the floor with it.

The property and room was outdated and dirty. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The door didn't seal so light came in around the whole thing and the lights from the parking garage came in around the blinds which made it very hard to sleep. I would definitely not stay here again.
