The hotel was clean,staff was friendly,close to the bus station for convenience to get anywhere. The breakfast was good and they had good choices. The pool and hot tub were great and they offer laundry room and fitness center.

Other reviews regarding mattress comfort and air quality were true for certain rooms. We had 2 different ones during our stay. The first room we had was a standard with King bed. The bed was SO stiff, not firm and comfortable. 3 of the 4 pillows were also very dense and uncomfortable. The air was stuffy and also noticeably me and my partner had a stuffy nose when the heater was blowing. However, after the first night, I talked to the front desk about it and they provided a free upgraded suite down the hallway and had us check to see if the matters was any better and we could also swap pillows if needed. We ended up switching rooms! Huge difference in mattress comfort and pillows. We also inspected the mattresses and noticed that the first room had a visibly old mattress. Also, the air was fresh and we had no issues with the air quality. Not sure why….

Our room was very nice and comfortable. We had all the amenities we could possibly use. Free breakfast had lots of choices hot and cold. The pool and hot tub was is perfect condition. The lobby and other sitting areas were very comfortable and cozy.
