Pros: The staff. Courteous , friendly and wanting to help
Cons: Rooms weren't ready on check in time. Dirty plates outside our door. No tv remote. No fridge in room. Deactivated our key cards before checkout time

Facilities: Nothing special; Value: Average price; Service: Helpful, Staff are good; Cleanliness: Poor; The carvery meal. Not bad but the meat was tough. Didn't give us our vegetarian items as requested. To compensate gave us 2 glasses of bad wine.

Cons: Couln't check in on time. Dirty plates outside door in afternoon. No remote with TV. No Fridge. No help with getting bags to room. Big stains on floor

Facilities: Ordinary, Expected more; Value: Could be better; Service: Helpful, Did their best; Cleanliness: Lacking; The Sunday Carvery is only ok. The meat was tough and we didn't get Vegetarian options we asked for. Champagne was flat. The staff however were good.
