We enjoyed our stay at the property and found the room suited our requirements well. Communication with the hotel prior to arriving was simple and they were helpful with a late arrival and early taxi request. A few minor observations that would improve. We had a noisy group in the jacuzzi that impacted us wanting to be on the terrace, it may be good to install a more effective separation to the jacuzzi, the air conditioning, although it worked seemed quite weak even when we turned the fan up.

Little gem in historic Seville

Had a fantastic stay. Location is brilliant and we loved the private terrace. There is also a communial “cold tub” which was great to cool down. Would definitely stay again.

Casa Bailen Apartments Review – Great Stay with a Few Minor Surprises We had a wonderful three-night stay at Casa Bailen Apartments. The location is fantastic—central and convenient for exploring the city, with plenty of great restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in and our entire stay smooth and pleasant. The apartment itself was modern, spotless, and well-designed. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day of sightseeing. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. A couple of things to note: while the listing on Expedia mentioned no lobby, there actually is one in the building next door where check-in takes place. The hotel attendant acknowledged the discrepancy and mentioned they would update their Expedia listing. Also, while there is laundry service available (taking 24-48 hours), there is no washer in the unit itself, so plan accordingly. The only real downside was the hot tub—it was unfortunately cold rather than hot, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, Casa Bailen Apartments is a great place to stay with an excellent location, friendly staff, and a clean, modern feel. Just be aware of the minor details, and you’ll have a comfortable and enjoyable visit!

I walked into the reception area, and said to my husband this place is magical. It was an amazing hotel, great location, friendly/super helpful staff. The room was exactly as pictured on Expedia. Would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful hotel. The foyer is gorgeous and airy worth ivy hanging from the ceilings. The hotel is extremely responsive and informative via WhatsApp. They informed me well on how to check in and get to the hotel room. Concierge is very friendly. Hotel lobby is nice with some seating, water, and a small wrong area with an automatic espresso machine to make all types of coffee. Also some snacks and tea available. The room itself was quite nice with a kitchenette and little seating area..I thought the bed was comfy. Shower was nice. Shampoo, body wash, conditioner, lotion all provided and smelled great. Kitchenette had all the appliances you could need, except an electric kettle. Upstairs has a computer for public use and there is a jacuzzi but it was closed for the season. Another perk is that it is right across from an unassuming restaurant called Restaurante Yo, run by a Michelim star or Michelin recommended chef from Italy who offers an excellent fancy tasting menu for an amazing price. We really liked this hotel and would definitely book it again.

Lovely comfortable, clean and modern apartment within easy walking distance of the Cathedral and Real Alcázar. Also ideally situated for shopping and walks along the river. Make sure you email 48 hours in advance to obtain details of how to check in. ( it would improve the check in process if this was sent automatically rather than for the onus to be on the guest)

we were supposed to receive notice to not go to seven Baylen, but rather be honest, Hotel, but we never receive that. We called and spoke with a woman on a phone, who gave us extensive details, but neglected to tell us to just walk around the corner. It was frustrating. the woman who checked us in, was excellent!
