Properties, nice and safe only complaint I have as I requested the bottom floor and the lady told me that they didn’t have none and I reserved my room way ahead of time woke up the next morning. Wasn’t that many in the parking lot?

Arrived tired and late and the nice young man at the front desk got us checked in with no delay in just 2-3 minutes. Room was very clean, the cleanest I have been in in along time and we usually stay at hotels 2-3 times a month. You could walk on the floor barefoot and not get dirty feet which shows floors actually cleaned not just swiffered like most places. Very quiet despite being at a very busy truck stop. Beds and pillows quite comfortable. Nice game room with pool table rather than a swimming pool that can’t be used most of the year when it’s cold. And the best part - PET FRIENDLY!!! We always travel with our fur baby and appreciate pet friendly places. Nice young man at the front desk even he dog treats for them. Didn’t get his name but he is an asset to your hotel. By far the nicest Motel 6 I have ever stayed in.

Check in was quick, although woman at the desk seemed to be in an off mood- might have been because of the person in front of me seemed to be difficult. I had requested a room on the ground floor, but got 2nd floor and had to carry my heavy items upstairs since there was no elevator. Room was clean and had a full size fridge, but it smelled really bad of pet pee. I get it, I have pets too- so because I couldn’t find pre smell on the bed or furniture I just tried to air out the room and sprayed some body spray I had with me to mask it. I didn’t want to complain since the check in lady wasn’t real friendly towards me and I was so tired I didn’t want to move any of my stuff. Price was cheap and we just needed to sleep and we’re out first thing in the morning. Unlikely I would stay again.

Very nice...but....

The rooms were updated, comfy bed, clean. Staff was nice. BUT....didn't get much sleep due to noise. #1 we were in an 'adjoining room'. By removing the carpet it left a large enough gap under the door that we could hear the neighbors tv...which was on till midnight (trying to get to sleep since 10) #2 A number of guests started their day at 5:30...letting doors slam, talking loudly in the hall. Unfortunate indeed cause otherwise a nice place.

Property looks newly updated and is nice, but, without the proper staff and care, that won’t last. I found what looked like poop and boogers on my pillow/bed spread and it seemed like the cleaner just left the whole bed spread from previous people. The shower also DO NOT GET WARM. I heard someone complaining about it at the front desk and the lady sounded pretty rude, telling him that she wasn’t going to argue about his “opinion of warm”. I then obviously knew that saying anything about my issues were futile, and just felt with the things. I doubt I’ll return when passing through.
