We had a lovely stay at Futian Shangri-La, Shenzhen. The staff were very helpful even before our arrival and kindly arranged a complimentary late check-out. and two rooms close to each other.
We were there for a family birthday celebration, and the hotel surprised us with birthday decorations in both rooms and a small birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful touch. Special thanks to Paul Wang and Joey Sun for making our stay feel extra special.
The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was convenient.
The only issue was that some of the pillows had a noticeable cigarette smell, which was quite unpleasant. I hope the hotel can pay more attention to this, especially for non-smoking rooms.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the warm service. We would stay here again.
