My only two complaints about this stay would be that the room smelled strongly of marijuana and the carpet was rather dirty. Overall cleanliness was good. Hotel staff was friendly. Restaurants inside the hotel were great. The beds were decently comfortable.

Car was broke into, security guard acted like he didnt have a clue how to help. I had 30 mins to check in at hospital for surgery. No help provided

We enjoyed our stay, the beds were very comfortable. The only issue I found were the condition of the lamps in our room, they were old and had cracked lamp shades. Other than that minor detail, it was over all a nice place to stay. The AC was great, and the bathroom had a walk in shower and a huge bathtub, another plus. It was easy going to and from the parking garage as well. We will stay here again.

Only flaws were the Wi-Fi, it didn’t work in my room so I had complications with a work meeting. You can tell the rooms are older with dents in the wall, door, and smells in the elevator areas. I wouldn’t list it as a 4* hotel. I wish they had a goodie bag, bags for pets as there is a fee we have to pay for them to be there. Valet parking is not 24 hours which was inconvenient for me as well. The staff was the best part! They were really helpful when I had questions, outside of being understaffed in the casino portion. They greeted everytime I saw someone and the front desk staff were helpful and friendly ✨💕 Fyi, the room keys stopped working at exactly eleven, there was no grace period.

The property was nice. However, my room smelled like smoke and the carpet needed cleaning, i only had 1 face towel and 1 wash towel. But the bed slept great.

This is a hotwl that was probably amazing during its prime. Its long past its prime. 1. Lobby smelled like bug spray 2. Beyond limited dining options. There is a cafe, an expensive steakhouse and a noodle restaurant. 3. The rooms... well house keeping does not come daily to make up your bed, tidy the room, refill toiletries or the half ass coffee in the room. When we called the front desk we were told that they arent allowed to go into the rooms and havent done that since covid. In my daughters room the hot and cold water were backwards so the whole bath thing wasn't pleasant. In my bathroom, the shower door didn't want to close. 4. When we called the front desk about house keeping, we were told that they would send someone up with clean towels, toiletries and coffee. What we got was a a plastic laundry bag with sugar, 2 coffee packs, 4 mini bottles of water and it delivered to the door by someone who looked homeless. 5. They have "resort" fees but its not a resort. There is nothing to do but gamble. No buffet, no pool, no arcade. The Bally's store stayed closed. That's the only shopping. So maybe it should be a "casino" fee instead of a "resort" fee. 6. Valet is closed. No valet. 7. Nowhere to really plug a CPAP in and use it effectively. Some of the oulets in the room didnt work. I had to use my battery pack to charge my phone. Because i needed the wall outlet to plug my cpap in and needed part of the bed to put my CPAP on since there was no night stand on that side.
