Room not serviced and had to ask for additional towels twice. Toilet was extremely loud while flushing. Shower wasn’t draining and overflowed onto bathroom floor. Bed was okay. Thought room was supposed to have microwave but it didn’t. While playing in casino was told by security that they were closing 3rd floor where we were playing so that they would be changing the boxes and would have to get off the games we were winning on -so we’re took our money and left Bally’s and went elsewhere to play. Won’t be back will stay elsewhere in the future

Hotel staff virtually gave no assistance. Only one thrash can in the entire room which is located in the bathroom. Room was hot and Ac was turned off. Complimentary coffee in the room no cups to make the coffee. Noise in adjacent room starting 6:00am. Loud enough to wake us up. Poor signage in parking garage. Gambled in the casino for hours, without servers coming around to offer drinks or cocktail.

The bathtub didn't look clean.There was no extra toilet paper and no trash bags in the cans.The carpet had fuzz,etc on it.The vending machine on my floor level was out of several drinks and no snack machine on that level either.The television wasn't working correctly as it should either.

Bathroom had rust in the floor tile . Room was not ready due to the housekeeping staff not cleaning them . Front desk clerk first told me I may want to find another room somewhere else. Yes I had a reservation as did the other several people trying to check in. Most of us had to wait for a few hours before the rooms were ready. They put us on the pet floor so the room smelled like dogs . Front desk staff were wonderful. Their manager just walked out and left to go home with a box of food in her hand like nothing was happening.

Hotel is nice, check-in was easy. Couldn't find a server for a drink, and when we did, they never came back. super smokey, Chinese restaurant had no flavor. most cashiers were super rude, like we were a burden to them. won't be back. luckily samstown was close next door so we spent most of our time there

I had the best hotel and staff here among all of the trips and hotels I stayed at. I loved the bathroom having a huge soaker tub and giant shower. The only inconvenience was no outlets next to the bed and only on the desk for charging devices. Otherwise the restaurant had bonanza cabernet, amazing Cajun pasta and friendly staff

Love that i didnt have to go far to enjoy activities to do. You have the bar and casino in the hotel and food. Nice view and the people are very friendly. I will be back very soon.

Rooms were nice

Hotel and casino were nice. They had overbooked the rooms so it took awhile to get checked in. Restaurants were slow to get orders out because they had tons of poker orders. Hotel staff was amazing though. Very friendly and knowledgeable when asked for information. Would be nice to he able to smoke in the lounges but the casino was cool. Will be returning.

Was a bit disappointed with the stay overall. The reason are understaffed, you can tell they only do bare minimum maintance to the entrie property. My sink drained extremely slow, the room really need a update badly. The food had no taste at all. The elevator floor tiles were mostly broken could be a tripping hazard. The Bally's hotel and casinos are making plenty of money to address all of this issues. I will not return for another visit was not worth the money spent.
