Had a great stay!! The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean and tidy. The staff was very helpful. Never did they make me feel like i was bothering them when I had to ask them something or if I needed something. The breakfast was so good. I was very shocked by all the different things they had to offer. So over all I have to say that I was so very pleased with my stay from start to finish. I Would highly recommend this hotel

The room was very clean. The building has some wear and tear and is older. However, the room was immaculate, the bathroom was clean. We would totally stay there again.

Windgate doesnt care

Completely disgusting. Nastiest hotel i have ever stayed in. Walls floors, furniture, mirrors, literally everything. So disgusting i didnt want to sit on anything. Breakfast food which i did not eat due to the fact that the appliances were dirty and have not been cleaned in a very long time. Staff was friendly that way thebonly upside. I will never stay at this hotel again. They seriously need to take the over prices room stay and apply that to some major upgrades and changes. I've paid less and stayed in 1000 times nicer places. If you dont mind slumming then this is your place.

Great location for easy access to 1-20. We walked to local restaurants and pubs in an area called "East Bank" just a few blocks away and found it a very easy location for getting to Shreveport destinations we were visiting too. The building is older and shows some wear on the doors, but the staff was great and the rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast was small, but good enough for what we needed. Easy access to a Circle K next door too!
