we checked in around 12am. The front desk clerk was extremely slow to unlock the front door and check in was slow. the hallways and elevators were dirty, with wrappers etc.. the room was in terrible condition, not one plate, cup, utensil. the bathroom vanity had basically no finish left on it and was falling apart. we needed to use the pull out couch and there were no blankets. when I went to the front desk to ask for a blank, I was told they do not have any blankets and was given an extra sheet

The room was extremely small. The pull out sofa bed mattress was disgusting! There was a LARGE brown spot on the mattress. It was so bad that my nephew closed it up and slept on the sofa. The hotel is old and needs upgrading but it served its purpose for the weekend. The young Hispanic woman was very nice and helpful. She is truly an access to this hotel. I believe her name may be Felicia.
