We stay there every time we come to New Jersey and always happy. This time the room was not clean. The toilet bowl was loose and clunked every time you got up. The microwave had a cup in it from previous guess. Fingerprints all over it

Hampton Inn in Bridgewater was conveniently located to the Bridgewater Ice Rink. Pet friendly which makes traveling with pets easy. My only suggestion would be to fix the bathroom doors. The room I stayed in, 316, the bathroom door slid shut but would open about 6 inches. This is not ideal when traveling with family.

My wife and I were very disappointed in having no room service our entire 4 day visit. Our damp, dirty towels piled up in a corner in the bathroom alone with not receiving any additional towels for our 4 day trip. No coffee refills also. You eliminated some of the nice things about staying in a hotel. Whatever high paid person thought this was a good idea was very wrong. I paid more to stay at your hotel and will not make that mistake again. A stay in any high end hotel should be a vacation where the staff knows what their customers needs for a pleasant trip. You should not have to contact the staff for the basic necessities. Very disappointed
