The room was spotless, spacious and spectacular. I loved it. Definitely will stay here again. The staff were warm and friendly. The only thing I can say is invest in a waffle maker.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful with anything I needed. It made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. The rooms were gorgeous — clean, spacious, and clearly newly renovated. Everything felt fresh, modern, and well taken care of, which made it even more enjoyable to relax there. The amenities were just as impressive. The pool was amazing, the gym was excellent, and everything was maintained at a really high level. Honestly, it was a crazy good experience — one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a long time.

The room was in great condition. However, staff could be a little more friendly and less apprehensive about assisting a person of color. There should also be a section for people with dogs, as the hotel is very noisy with dogs barking. There should be a noise clause, as guests have there kids running and stomping all over the hotel at all hours of the day. Otherwise, the location is great.
