The staff was amazing, the hotel had a great vibe and close to main town which was great. We was celebrating our anniversary and was left a lovely personal card and bottle in the room which was decorated too was a great touch from the hotel thank you again!

Beautiful hotel, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Nice well maintained and very clean, the bed was super comfortable. We didn’t have the evening meal as we went out and about in Southampton but had breakfast which was very good. Stayed here for one night before our cruise, we will definitely book here again.

Priya at the front desk was very welcoming. |Room was very clean with a view of the port. Breakfast is about $27 US per person, is a buffet and has a very good selection and a nice coffee machine, so you can get a latte or capuccino if you fancy one. Bruno at the restaurant provided excellent service and was very kind. If you need a taxi they can arrange this service for you. I just wish we were told about their fire safety test since the alarm was going off in intervals and we were not sure what was going on. Other than that we had a pleasant stay. The shopping centre is very close by as well as restaurants.
