Make lasting memories in Rose Barn, a unique and family-friendly retreat.

Rose Barn is a beautifully modernised 1930s home, which retains its original country-cottage charm.

Entry is through a porchway into the hallway. A single toilet is conveniently available downstairs.

The comfortable and cosy living room boasts a 55 inch SMART TV for you to log into Netflix or your favourite channel.

The dining room leads off the living room and has a 6 seater table for dining.

Adjacent and looking out onto the garden is a light and airy sunroom, good for reading and quiet contemplation.

The kitchen is fully stocked, including an American fridge with water and ice facility, a toaster, kettle and cafetiere. A small supply of complimentary coffee, teabags, salt, pepper and oil are available.

Upstairs, the master bedroom is spacious with built in wardrobes, drawers, a dressing table and mirror. A hair dryer is available.

Bedroom two looks out onto the garden and has 2 x 3ft single beds, which can be pushed together.

Bedroom 3 has a single 3ft bed.

All bedrooms have been freshly decorated, have storage for clothing and personal items, pillows and quilts, throws, cushions and bedlinen.

The family bathroom is modern and has a deeper than average double ended bath, shower and hand shower. Towels are provided.

An Infant is welcome, as extra to 5 guests, but you will need to bring your own travel cot and baby equipment.

The garden is large and rustic, with a bbq (bring your own coals) and 2 chairs and a morning coffee table.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire house throughout their stay. On-site parking for up to 2 cars
