This centrally located 4th floor Balcony Suite has an amazing ocean view from the balcony. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room is the perfect place to enjoy the view of the ocean or the 32" flat screen TV. Encourage the ocean breeze with your ceiling fan in the living room. The full kitchen includes a 4 burner flat top stove with oven and the tiled back splash is reminiscent of seashells along the shore. This condo has laminate flooring throughout. The private bedroom has a King Sized bed. The bedroom window has vertical blinds as well as drapes, allowing you to choose between natural light and privacy. NO PETS ALLOWED Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Nice Stay

PROS: Loved the view. Condo was just the right size, elevator was convenient. Bed was comfortable. Condo was mostly quiet from outside noise. Technology was adequate. Location was good. Linen was all good. Cons: Could have used better communication on check in process. AC units were hit or miss on working (running). Luckily it was cool outside, because they would not consistently run. Side note: there were pendant lights in the kitchen we could not get to turn on. Didn't need them, but it was quite the mystery.

great place!

wonderful condo for me and my boyfriend. i grew up in crescent beach but moved back up to new york about 10 years ago. i love coming back to my home every once and awhile. we loved this condo so much that we are coming back in august for a 10 night stay!

the Sofa bed was horrible, is time to get a new one, I still had pain on my body.

clean, nice view, I had to switch with my teenager son beds because the sofa was very uncomfortable for him and I couldn't sleep all night, probably the floor was better.
