The staff had my reservation on hand, they upgraded me to a suite and the room was ready by 2:00 rather than 4:00. The only downside was that the telephone in the room was not functioning.

Never got to see it! Our flight was cancelled in Toronto. Messaged the hotel out of courtesy that we would not be arriving as planned. Money wasted! Lesson learned! In this modern world of the internet and uncertain airline schedules, don’t book any accommodations until you hit the ground…. Even if it is 1am in the morning!

The room was ok. Needed to be updated and cleaned. Room size good. I like having my whole bathroom all together not separated. For the price you pay nowadays, should include breakfast of some sort. The air conditioner in my room was not working properly at all. Over, not bad I guess.
