Spectacular Property

Coral Estates is a great community with lots of amenities. The restaurants were convent but it is a difficult drive from dinner in town at night. Our rental car did not have headlights suitable for that drive! Luckily found a great place half way in toward town for a great dinner! Dora was wonderful

Our unit was the top floor of a 2 story Villa.ProsBeautiful View, Large Unit, Location, Secure, Prop Mgr DoraConsDescribed Amenities - Missing and Inaccurate "Communal Pool, Private Pool" - There is a beautiful 15' x 40' pool located on the Villa property and a communal pool located about 5 min driving time. We were informed, on check in, the private pool is only for the Lower Level unit. Not as described in listing. Communal Pool requires the purchase on 27USD/day/person in food/beverages to use pool loungers."Parking on Site" although there is parking available inside the gated villa for 6 cars, Told upon check in that we had to park outside the gated area. Parking inside only for lower unit."Gas Grill" Again told on check in that this is for lower unit only.After contacting VRBO, the unit Landlord (Arman)met with us, and apologized profusely and asked what he could do to make things right. He allowed us to use the inside parking and BBQ, but not the pool. We were told to spread a towel on the beach (for Free) and then just walk in and use the pool. He also said he would offer a discount on a future rental, bring a bottle of really good Bourbon and Columbian coffee. Never saw or heard from him again.Not mentioned in the description, water charge (9/day,Electric charge ours was 17/day running only Bedroom AC 8hrs/day.Other missing items- Oven, Iron/Ironing Board, Blender, Paper Towels, Missing but provided later- Coffee Grinder/Maker, BBQ Tools, Dish Soap

You will fall in love with this property and with this Island. Stay here!!

Can you imagine sleeping with your windows open every night and the most beautiful breeze that never stops blowing? No bugs, so quiet, hearing birds in the morning? Having your coffee on the veranda, looking at the cruise ships off in the distance heading for port on the island? This property has excellent views, it is very large, very modern, bright and beautiful. The bathroom has a huge shower. The place is soooo clean! But the best part of staying there is the service that you receive from Matthew and his family; its like having your own personal valet to answer questions, recommend places to go and eat and sightsee. The resort amenities are first class, great little coffee shop, good food at the restaurant and a beautiful pool. I have been to over 50% of the Caribbean islands and was by far most impressed by this one. And oh by the way YOU CAN DRINK THE TAP WATER!!! Try doing that on the other islands. Super impressed.

Dora ensured we checked in/out with ease. Coral estates is a short drive from the airport. Restaurants/Spa and all you need local within secured resort. Matthew was helpful with all facets of the island. He recommended off resort restaurants and attractions. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I strongly recommend this villa.

Impeccable home with Expansive Ocean Views

The home is FANTASTIC! It is brand new, clean, and it truly lives up to the pictures. The views of the ocean are wide and expansive. Sunrises and sunsets were amazing, and it was also fun to see the cruise ships passing by Coral Estates. This was our second trip to Coral Estates. Coral Estates is a wonderful gated community that is peacefully quiet and very safe. There is also the benefit of having the Oasis resort in the neighborhood, which offers a beach area, restaurants and bars, plus a top-notch spa. I consider our family to be very particular when it comes to vacations. We typically stay at Ritz Carlton hotels if we are not renting a home. This home is a Ritz-Carlton experience, made extra special by the managers. Matthew was very responsive and answered many questions before our arrival. Dora, the property manager, goes above and beyond your expectations to ensure that your stay is comfortable and meets all of your needs. She is, perhaps, one of the kindest and most thoughtful people we have had the joy of meeting! We highly recommend this property and the island of Curacao. This home is an short ride from the airport and 25 minutes from town. The roads are easy to drive upon, and there are a few beaches with excellent snorkeling just minutes away.
